Who we are and how we're related
Save My Texas Home
A privately operated education and referral website for Texas homeowners facing foreclosure, run by The Santos Home Group. It is not a government agency, nonprofit, law firm, lender, or HUD-approved housing counseling agency.
Reach us at (832) 734-7634.
The Santos Home Group
A Texas real estate team affiliated with HomeSmart. The team runs this site and responds to assistance requests. If you're interested in selling, we may discuss listing your home with us, and we would be paid a commission if you choose to list.
Stone Path Home Buyers
A separate, affiliated cash home-buying business operated by DJS Management LLC. Your information is shared with Stone Path Home Buyers only if you specifically request the cash-offer option and consent to it. Assistance requests are never sent there automatically, and a direct cash sale may bring less than an open-market sale.
You never have to sell to get help
Requesting information or referrals from this site never requires you to list or sell your property. General education and referrals to free resources — HUD-approved counselors, legal aid, 211 Texas — are available to every homeowner who asks.
Texas Real Estate Commission disclosures
Texas license holders must give consumers the Information About Brokerage Services form and the Consumer Protection Notice. You can read both here at any time, before you ever speak with us:
Texas Real Estate Commission Information About Brokerage ServicesTexas Real Estate Commission Consumer Protection NoticeThe Information About Brokerage Services form is the completed form for The Santos Home Group team at HomeSmart, including sponsoring broker and license information. The Consumer Protection Notice links to the official Texas Real Estate Commission copy and describes how to file a complaint or seek help if a license holder has not met their obligations.
No legal advice and no guarantees. We provide general information and referrals only. We cannot promise to postpone, delay, or prevent a foreclosure, and submitting a request does not stop or postpone one. For legal questions, consult a licensed Texas attorney or legal aid organization. For free counseling, contact a HUD-approved housing counselor.
